But don’t just trust us, put that to the test. In these 2 days of Executive MBA Bootcamp, you get to explore how well you work with other managers, while also understanding what makes a leader succeed.

We will meet on 3 & 4 September at BISM HQ (Bd. Dacia 99, 3rd floor) to:

• get a taste of 4 MBA style classes
• meet some of the lecturers from our programs
• work on projects with other attendees and practice your leadership skills with other leaders
• be a student for 2 days and see if this experience is right for you

SPEAKERS

Guiding you will be:

Sandra Sturdza Jitianu is a management consultant, trainer and performance coach with functional expertise in HR and change management. She has 14+ years’ experience delivering transformation projects to over 50 clients ranging from large international companies to local companies and entrepreneurs.

Florin Ilie is Deputy CEO, Head of Wholesale Banking at ING Romania. He was ranked as a top 3 Central and Eastern Europe equity analyst in Thompson-Reuters’ Extel voting by institutional investors. He has been teaching Strategy, Finance, Microeconomics and Communication in different roles at graduate and post-graduate levels at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Harvard University and the Maastricht School of Management.

Adrian Stanciu is Associate Dean for Knowledge & Leadership. He is a leading Organizational Development consultant in Romania, and has developed and delivered numerous Executive Training programs to customers of various sizes and of various industries, such as IBM, Xerox, Orange, Raiffeisen Bank, Citibank, Allianz, and many local entrepreneurial companies as well as coaching top executives from various industries.

Sergiu Neguț is a consultant in growth-focused business transformation, values based leadership and client centric commercial development. Other areas of expertise include budgeting for success and strategy deployment. He acts as Angel Investor, Board Member or CEO Advisor for a number of local businesses, most notably frufru (from which he successfully exited in 2021).

ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE MBA

Our part-time, 2-year, Executive MBA equips managers and entrepreneurs with a combination of soft and hard skills that will help them become better leaders.

The Executive MBA is a part time program, taking place over weekends (Saturday and Sundays), every other weekend, in Bucharest. Presence at the courses is mandatory, physical (when this is possible) or online (when physical presence isn’t safe).

Being an MBA program for working professionals, the BISM Executive MBA is less about exams, but more about individual, applied assignments. Usually, for each course you complete both group and individual assignments focusing on actual problems of an organization which you can apply to your own organization. This not only helps you to put your knowledge into practice, your company benefits from your knowledge right from the first course.

For the BISM EMBA (offered in partnership with Maastricht School of Management), applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (or higher);
• Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience;
• Minimum five years of managerial and leadership experience;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
