Delegation involves assigning tasks form manager’s job together with responsibilities to team members. This is a development activity which can help to increase their engagement and motivation.

Coaching for performance involves providing guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and improve their performance.

Mentoring involves providing guidance and advice to team members to help them navigate the organization and advance their careers.

Together, these tools can help managers to build a more effective, accountable  and engaged team, and to develop the next generation of leaders within the organization. Also managers will create more space and time for their development and growth.

3. Management tools for growing capabilities: What is the difference between coaching, mentoring and delegation?
4. How we can use them effectively the relation with our team members?
5. Decide when you will delegate, what you will delegate, when you will use coaching or mentoring ? Growing performance or potential? What abilities you will need for using these tools?
6. How you can measure the impact?

The masterclass is addressed to people managers: (direct reports /cross functional /matricial) – level : management/ senior management, aiming to show how to best use management instruments and how we can effectively use each one, based on our management style.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Luiza Banyai is a People Experience Strategist and Business Transformation Advisor with extended experience (>20years) in various leadership HR roles for business like: Telecommunication, Pharma, BPO, IT, IT Software, Gamming, Production, Energy Utilities companies. (Services, Products, Retail, Wholesales/Distribution, BTC, BTB).

She has over 18 years of experience in delivering soft skills and leadership workshops (more than 3,000 participants), has grown more than 1,500 managers through direct coaching and learning initiatives and has worked with 12 different Executive Board Teams and offered executive coaching for more than 200 senior & middle managers.
