Executive Dialogue – February edition

The Executive Dialogue series is part of the special events we put together for students and alumni of the BISM Programs (Executive MBA, Fast Track Management Program, Undergraduate Programs) and a guest of their choice – colleagues, friends, etc.
We invite professionals in different fields for an evening of open conversations, direct answers, intelligent and interesting questions, with the purpose of sparking new ideas and learnings.
The events take place every second week of the month, with the February event happening on 16 March at Mark Tower Building (Calea Grivitei, 82-98, et. 14) and hosting Valentin Anton (Ro11 alumnus) and Andrei Burz-Pînzaru.
Andrei Burz-Pînzaru – Partner, Deloitte Legal Romania
Andrei is a lawyer with over 25 years experience in Banking, Capital Markets, M&A, Corporate Governance and legal risks management. His experience includes assisting banks, payment institutions, non-banking financial institutions, investment funds and publicly traded companies on matters like loan finance, LBOs, distressed debt and securitization structures, stock option plans, licensing processes and a wide range of securities law and banking regulatory matters. Part of his Deloitte Private role, in 2022 Andrei coordinated the launch in Romania of Best Managed Companies program, focused on transferring to Romanian private companies international best practices in terms of strategy, culture and engagement, innovation and resources, governance and financials.
