The Executive Dialogue series is part of the special events we put together for students and alumni of the BISM Programs (Executive MBA, Fast Track Management Program, Undergraduate Programs) and a guest of their choice – colleagues, friends, etc.
We invite professionals in different fields for an evening of open conversations, direct answers, intelligent and interesting questions, with the purpose of sparking new ideas and learnings.
The events take place every second week of the month, with the March event happening on 9 March and hosting Vasile Godîncă-Herlea (Ro11 alumnus) and Rudolf Vizental.
Rudolf Vizental – CEO of ROCA Investments
He is a financier whose appetite for investment activity is anchored in business realities and understanding the entrepreneurs` needs. He has a 20-year background in distress and finance, during which he learned to see opportunities where others see only risks. He is a supporter of the development of the private equity phenomenon in Romania.
Vasile Godîncă-Herlea – Co-founder of Impetum Group
Vasile is the Co-Founder of Impetum Group with an impact in the area of structuring and creating synergies between the companies of the group and the entrepreneurial community. His ability to quickly make business decisions in difficult situations is consolidated in his 17 years of experience in crisis management and restructuring. In the last 10 years, Vasile has coordinated CITR as Managing Partner (7 years) and CEO (3 years). Under his coordination, CITR has successfully managed a portfolio of 400 companies annually. He is also the President of UNPIR Cluj and Member of the Coordination Council of UNPIR Romania.
Vasile and Rudolf will be talking about what it takes to get a Romanian investment fund up and running.
